Racial Reconciliation Community Outreach Network (RRCON) has instituted a mentoring program, called ACE TEAM. The Ace Team provides tutoring, positive activities, mentoring, life skills, education, conflict managment techniques, insight into constructive decision making and problem solving. 

 

Targeted Population:   Youth ages 12-18

 

 

Long Range Goals:      A resource option for the judicial system, youth organizations, schools, homeless and                                           churches.

 

 

 

Projected Outcome:    

     

•   Enchanced Employability

•   Leadership training

•   Improved business etiquette (attire, time managment goal setting, workplace communications,             team concepts, and respect)

•   Increased income potential with increased purchase power
