In 1987, the late Pastor Wills saw a vision to "bring all ethnicities". He saw there was a big gap between the races in Tucson and decided to address it. Subsequently, he decided to host Racial Reconciliation Conference in June of that year at Tucson Convention Center. Since then, RRCON has continued this annual ministry outreach, hosting it in a variety of Tucson churches.

Mom and Pop Winans
GOSPEL RECORDING ARTISTS
The Winans family is an African-American family of gospel music artists from Detroit, Michigan. Delores and David Winans recorded together as "Mom and Pop Winans" and separately at various times as "Mom", "Pop", "David" or "Delores". They received a Grammy nomination for their CD "Mom & Pop Winans" in 1989. Delores is currently signed to daughter CeCe's label PureSprings Gospel. Delores and David met while in the Lucille Lemon Choir conducted by James Cleveland. They organized yearly Christmas concerts at Mercy Hall in which their ten children participated.

Dr. Myles Munroe, OBE was a Bahamian Evangelical Christian evangelist and ordained Pentecostal minister who founded and led the Bahamas Faith Ministries International and Myles Munroe International. He was chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the International Third World Leaders Association and president of the International Leadership Training Institute as well as the author of numerous books.

Dr. John M. Perkins is an American Christian minister, civil rights activist, Bible teacher, philosopher and community developer. He is co-founder and President of John & Vera Mae Perkins Foundation. Perkins has received 13 Honorary Doctorate degrees fromBelhaven University, Lynchburg University, Wheaton College, Gordon College, Taylor University among others. He has served on the Board of Directors for World Vision and Prison Fellowship.
